REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES

PT. Paiton Energy (PE) is the owner of the Paiton Project, Phase 1 consisting of two coal flied 615 MW generating units, Units 7 & 8. PE is defined herein as ?Company?. PE has an Operating and Maintenance Agreement with PT International Power Operations and Maintenance Indonesia (IPMOMI) to act as Operator and Manager of the Plant on behalf of PE.

We are seeking expressions of Interest from companies who would wish to bid, and be considered for the following requirements:

Services
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES (4 YEAR CONTRACT + OPTION)

Scope of Work:
The scope of work of Facilities Management Services is divided into several modules:
Module -01 Permanent Operator Housing Services
Module -02 Plant Canteen Operations and Maintenance
Module -03 Plant Gardening Service
Module -04 Plant and Housing Post Management
Module -05 Plant Domestic and Industrial Cleaning Services
Module -06 Office Support Services

Submittals
Interested parties should respond by the below date enclosing their company documentation (Company Profile) demonstrating their qualifications, experience and corporate strength that would allow them to tender, and then perform, the required scope of work. Note that bidding companies may bid for one, some or all of the above Modules.

PT IPMOMI will review the documentation and, at its sole discretion, will invite to tender those parties considered as suitably qualified. No correspondence will be entered into with any companies that are not finally selected to bid for the work.
