DEJ has production capacity of 1.5 million tonnes per annum.

TNB has 92.5 percent stake in DEJ trough its subsidiary TNB Coal International Ltd.

Asied from Pama, earlier media reports said that South Kalimantan coal giant Adaro Indonesia has also submitted proposal to acquire DEJ.

Pama is a subsidiary of JSX-listed heavy equipment distributor PT.United Tractors, which, in turn, is a subsidiary of conglomerate PT.Astra Intersional.(alex)
