Pamapersada gets mining contract extension in S. Kalimantan

Coal mining firm PT Dasa Eka Jasatama has extended the contract of PT Pamapersada Nusantara to develop the former's mining concession in South Kalimantan, an official at the latter company said.

"The new contract started last February, but Petrosea had decided not to participate, leaving Pama as single mining contractor" Pamapersada business officer Ardhi Ishak told Petromindo.com earlier this week.

Parmapersada together with oil and mining contractor PT Petrosea Tbk. won the previous contract in January 2002. The contract was for an 11-month period with an option to extend for an additional three years
