Pan Asia appoints new director

ASX-listed Pan Asia Corporation Ltd (PAC) announced on Sunday the appointment of Lee Chin Cheh as a Non-Executive Director of the company.
Lee is the sole director and shareholder of Coleman Ventures Limited, the company that PAC has entered into a facility and convertible note agreement in November 2015.
Coleman is a special purpose investment company established for the purposes of investing in and recapitalizing undervalued assets in the energy and resources sector. Coleman favors a contrarian and counter-cyclical approach to its investments, especially in the case of assets with long term demand, the firm said.
Lee holds a law degree from the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom, and a Certificate in Legal Practice awarded by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board in Malaysia. Lee was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1996 and is now the principal partner of Messrs Lee Ong & Partners in Malaysia. He is primarily engaged in corporate and commercial matters covering consultancy, documentation and litigation..
PAC is an emerging supplier of key energy resources into the expanding Asian markets and in May 2012 completed a feasibility study on its flagship TCM Underground High CV Thermal Coal Project in South Kalimantan.
