Pan Orient: Drilling of AYU-1 well to start next month

Canadian firm Pan Orient Energy Corp announced Tuesday that drilling of the AYU-1 exploration well in the East Jabung PSC, Jambi Province, is now anticipated to commence on or about July 5, 2017.
No further details were provided. Pan Orient, which owns a non-operating 49 percent interest in the East Jabung PSC, said last month that the drilling program was scheduled to be implemented at the end of June, a delay from the initial plan of end April
The company said capital expenditures of US$0.7 million were allocated during the first quarter of 2017 related to seismic reprocessing at the East Jabung PSC.
