Paramount announces Poller?s resignation from board

ASX-listed Paramount Mining Corporation Ltd announced on Monday the retirement of non-executive director Daniel Poller from the board.
Paramount?s Chairman Mo Munshi said Poller remains as an independent Jakarta-based advisor to the group.
The Gunung Rosa gold, silver and base metals project, which is located 125 kilometres south-east of Jakarta, is presently the flagship project for Paramount in which the company holds a 72.25 percent equity interest. The Gunung Rosa project is located within a 1,000 hectare Exploitation License (IUP), which was granted in 2010.
