Paramount Mining appoints new CEO, MD

ASX-listed Paramount Mining Corporation Limited announced Tuesday that Daniel Poller has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director commencing 1 July 2014.

Based in Jakarta, Poller is an experienced resource finance executive with in excess of fifteen years in the mining and energy sectors, working throughout Asia, Africa and Australia. Previously a Senior Advisor to JP Morgan's Natural Resources Group in Asia where he co-headed Metals, Mining and Power Investment Banking, Mr Poller has also worked for Northstar Pacific Private Equity Fund in Indonesia overseeing the mining investments, as well as holding positions at BHP Billiton and McKinsey & Co.
