The Pase field in Pase block, Aceh Province, operated by Triangle Pase Ltd, is expected to start flowing gas at a rate of 4.7-5 mmscfd in the fourth quarter of this year.

The gas will be tied in at a pipeline owned by PT Pertagas Arun, a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas), which will then be transmitted via the Arun-Belawan pipeline owned by Pertagas, and then distributed to industry customers of IDX-listed gas distribution firm PT PGN Tbk in Medan, North Sumatra Province.

?Pertagas will only take the toll fee from the distribution of the gas. The gas buyer is PGN,? said Public Relations and CSR Manager of Pertagas, Hatim Ilwan to Petromindo.com on Monday.

The toll fee for the Arun-Belawan pipeline is set at US$1,546 per mscf as determined by the downstream oil and gas authority BPH Migas.
