Paser Project completes coal sampling

ASX-listed firm Padang Resources announced that it has completed an extensive sampling program across the 43 ha location at the Paser Project, East Kalimantan and submitted approximately 150kg of coal samples to a laboratory in Samarinda for coal quality and processing analysis.

The company said that coal samples were collected along strike and down dip of the coal seams within the 43 ha location to ensure a representative sampling program. The sampling program is designed to confirm our understanding of the coal quality within the 43 ha location and is part of the greater exploration program in confirming depth, thickness and quality of coal seams below surface.
