PCN exceeds monthly coal production target

Coal mining company PT Prolindo Cipta Nusantara (PCN), a subsidiary of Lestari Citra Persada (LCP), stated that its coal production in the first two month of this year surpassed the monthly target of 300,000 tons.

Henry Soetio, LCP's President Director told Petromindo.com recently that PCN was able to produce more than 300,000 tons per month despite the heavy rainfall at its coal mine site in Batulicin, South Kalimantan.

Henry said that from the 600,000 tons of production in the first two month of this year, around 60 percent were exported to India while the rest were absorbed by domestic market.
