PT Prolindo Cipta Nusantara (PCN) has set a target to produce at least 3.2 million tons of coal from its concession in Sebamban, South Kalimantan this year.

Marketing Director of the company, Andi Ananda Manggabarani, told Petromindo.com recently that last year the company produced only about 260,000 tons per month, or about 3.1 million tons a year.

Andi said that about 70 percent of the PCN?s output were exported to China, India and Philippines.

?We are still focusing on these three countries for export this year,? he said, adding that the rest of the production were sold to domestic market, mostly absorbed by PT PLN Batubara.
