PCN plans to develop third jetty at Sebamban

Emerging coal mining company PT Prolindo Cipta Nusantara ( PCN ) is planning to develop a third jetty at Angsana Utama Terminal in Sebamban Sub-district, Angsana District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan with the capacity of 1,500 tons per hour.
President Director Henry Soetio told Petromindo.com recently that at Angsana Utama Terminal, the company is operating one jetty with one loading conveyor with the capacity of about 500,000 to 600,000 tons per month or about 1,500 tons per hour; and one manual jetty with the capacity of 250,000 tons per month.
Henry said that once the third jetty has been developed, the total capacity of the company?s jetties at Angsana Utama Terminal will increase significantly up to 1.3 million tons per month.
?We are just waiting for the market to recover. Once the coal market has been back to normal, we will soon develop the third jetty,? he said without elaborating on the budget prepared for the jetty development.
The company has a concession in Sebamban, Sub measuring about 360 hectares with 35 million coal reserve and 12 meter coal seams.
