Pelayaran Nelly enters power generation business

IDX-listed PT Pelayaran Nelly Dwi Putri Tbk, which is engaged in shipping industry, announced Friday that it had on October 7 set up a new subsidiary called PT Nelly Energi Lestarindo.
The company said in a statement that Nelly Energi will be engaged in power generation business.
Nelly Energi is 99 percent owned by Pelayaran Nelly, and the remaining 1 percent by PT Wahana Lestari Makmur Inderlaya.
