PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) is targeting container throughput of 13.77 million twenty foot equivalent units (TEUs) in 2026, with the company projecting logistics flows to grow by around 10 percent this year.
The target follows container traffic of about 13.34 million TEUs recorded across terminals managed by the company in 2025.
SPTP previously reported that 2025 throughput comprised roughly 8.94 million TEUs of domestic containers and 4.4 million TEUs of international containers, reflecting continued growth in cargo movements across its network.

The increase in container flows has been associated with rising shipments of goods and higher vessel calls at several terminals, alongside stronger commodity activity in various regions.
Pelindo Terminal Petikemas operates multiple container facilities across Indonesia, including major hubs such as terminals linked to Surabaya’s Tanjung Perak Port, one of the country’s busiest maritime gateways and a key logistics center for eastern Indonesia.
