Pelindo to build coal unloading terminal in Tanjung Emas

State port operator PT Pelindo III plans to build coal terminal at Tanjung Emas Port in Semarang, Central Java to tap the growing coal trading in Central Java, Bisnis Indonesia reported on Friday.
Pelindo III GM Bambang Subekti said the terminal will be equipped with jetty to service coal barges with capacity of 6,000-8,000 tonnes.
He said Pelindo III will invest US$3 million to build the facilities. (*)
