PEP completes drilling of 4 wells in Bunyu

PT Pertamina EP (PEP), the upstream subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero), has so far this year completed the drilling of four wells within the Bunyu field in Bulungan Regency, East Kalimantan with an average production of each well at 777 barrels of oil per day (bopd), according to an official of the firm.

?The four wells are called B-1308, B-1309, B-1307, and B-1311 respectively,? Acting Public Relation Manager of PEP Agustinus told Petromindo.com.

He added that the production of Bunyu field has reached approximately 6.000?s bopd per Aug. 2014.

Efforts are being taken to further lift production to the 10,000 bopd level
