PEP gets encouraging results from three wells

PT Pertamina EP (PEP) said the result of the drill stem tests (DST) at three wells in East Kalimantan and West Java are encouraging as the three flowed oil and gas.
?The third drill stem test (DST-2) at the Mujair-1 well in the Bunyu block, East Kalimantan, resulted in a gas flow rate of 12 mmscfd,? Vice President for Exploration at PEP Nanang S. Manaf told Petromindo.com on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, he said, DST-5 at the Bambu Merah well in the Indramayu block, West Java resulted in 239 barrels of oil per day (bopd) and 11.6 mmscfd of gas.
?DST-1 at the Jati Rimba-1 within the Indramayu block flowed 120 barrels of oil,? Nanang added.
