PEP prepares to drill RNT-SZ16 well at Rantau field

PT Pertamina EP (PEP) held a gathering with local communities and government officials in Rantau District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh, late last week to promote its program to drill the RNT-SZ16 at the Rantau field.
The well will be drilled using the CWKT 210B/2A rig owned by PT Pertamina Drilling Service Indonesia (PDSI), targeting a final depth of 650 mTVD (meter True Vertical Deep), PEP said in a statement obtained on Wednesday. The drilling program is expected to last for 18 working days.
