Perdana Karya plans to acquire coal mine in East Kalimantan

PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk, an IDX-listed company engaged in coal mining, oil and gas facilities construction services reported that the company planned to acquire a coal mine in Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan.
In its report to the IDX, the company said it has signed an agreement to purchase a coal mine covering a concession area of 5,000 hectares.
?We can?t give detail about the development (of the planned acquisition) at the moment,? the company said.
