Perhapi inaugurates new management board

The Indonesian Mining Experts Association (Perhapi) inaugurated on Friday a new management board for the period of 2015-2018.
The board will be led by its recently elected new chairman Tino Arhyanto A.R., who works at IDX-listed PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk, which is engaged in coal transport services.
Director General of Mineral and Coal Bambang Gatot Ariyono, who attended the inauguration ceremony, said that Perhapi is expected to provide inputs to the government in formulating mining policies.
Perhapi in September of last year proposed to the government for a revision of the 2009 Mining Law.
