Pertagas in cooperation talks with SK Group

PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas), a subsidiary of state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina, is in talks with South Korea?s giant SK Group to explore the possibility of setting up a joint venture to handle distribution pipeline business.

?Serious talks with SK are underway. They are particularly interested in gas distribution business through our pipeline network,? President Director Gunung Sardjono Hadi told petromindo.com.

Sardjono said in early stages, the joint venture may handle gas distribution for industrial estates in Central and East Java.
