Pertagas opens EPC tender for Gresik-Semarang pipeline

PT Pertagas, a gas distribution unit of state electricity firm PT Pertamina (Persero), opened on Friday EPC tender for Gresik-Semarang gas pipeline project.
The company is looking for contractor or consortium of contractors with experience of constructing pipeline in Indonesia. Eligible contractors must have minimum bank account of US$10 million and minimum credit line of $50 million.
Pertagas is planning to construct the 275km pipeline that will transmit excess gas in East Java to Central Java, supplying gas for industry and power plants along the pipeline.
The project will include construction of pipeline and compression stations.
