Pertagas to complete FEED of Gresik-Semarang pipeline in March

PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) ha set a target to complete the front end engineering design (FEED) work for the Gresik-Semarang gas pipeline section in March 2013.
The company is seeking approval for the proposed final investment decision from parent firm state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina, President Director of Pertagas, Gunung Sardjono told Petromindo.com Wednesday.
He added that the company has signed an agreement with Pertagas Niaga on the distribution of gas. ?We have requested to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources to allocate gas from MDA field managed by Husky. The campaign (for pipeline) has been completed in the regencies of Gresik, Lamongan and Bojonegoro,? he explained.
He, however, said that negotiation with state-owned rail operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia in relation to the ROW rent is still in progress.
