Pertamina–Exspan Tomori to drill another exploration well in C. Sulawesi

State-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina and PT Exspan Tomori planned to conduct another drilling in exploration onshore well at Tiaka field, Central Sulawesi in July, an Exspan official said Wednesday.
“The drilling campaign is scheduled to be completed by September,” Exspan’s senior official Eddy Purwanto told Petromindo.Com.
Eddy also said the rig for the drilling campaign would be tendered this month (February). He added that the joint venture would use a 1500 HP land drilling rig.
The Tiaka field is part of the Senoro Toili block in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi. The block is jointly operated by Pertamina and Exspan in a 50:50 percent partnership. (Godang)
