Pertamina announces tender of refrigerated LPG terminal

Bundling of the long-term LPG supply with the transfer of ownership and operatorship of refrigerated LPG terminal in East Java, Indonesia

lndonesia needs infrastructure for loading, storage, delivery and distribution of LPG to meet the arising demand since 2007 from conversion of kerosene to LPG and future demand growth. One of the planned LPG infrastructure is East Java Refrigerated LPG Terminal that will be utilized primarily for receiving, storage and delivery of LPG to distribute to Eastern Part of Indonesia including East Java, Bali, NTT, NTB, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku & Papua.

The objective of the Project from the perspective of PERTAMINA is to monetise the long term supply of LPG with the transfer of ownership and operatorship of the LPG Terminal at the agreed period of time through Build-Operate-Transfer mechanism.

Therefore PERTAMINA aims to: (a) assist interested parties in assessing whether or not they wish to present their credentials to participate in Pre-Qualification Process relating to the Project; and (b) provide the instructions and Pro-Qualification Criteria that interested parties must meet in order to be qualified to submit a bid.

Pro-Qualification Requirement:
a. Fulfill all requirements for Applicant(s) detailed on Pro-Qualification Document.
b. The Pre-Qualification Document can be obtained by registering within the following schedule.

Pre-Qualification Schedule:
a. Registration and Collection of Pre-Qualification Document

- Power of Attorney and ID copy is required for registration and collection of Pre-Qualification Document.

b. Pre-Qualification Meeting

- Only the Applicant(s) who have registered and collected Pre-Qualification Document can offend the Pre-Qualification Meeting.
