Pertamina awards $175.9 million gas projects in S. Sumatra

State-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina on Wednesday awarded three engineering procurement construction (EPC) projects worth US$175.9 million for gas development in South Sumatra in relation to supply gas to West Java starting in mid 2006.

Pertamina said in a statement that the projects would be completed within 24 months and it would enable to supply around 250 million cubic feet per day of gas. (*)
