State-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) said that the Badak V LNG contract of 1.02 mtpa with Kogas, which will expire in December 2017, is unlikely to be extended.
"It seems there will be no deal (extension of contract) with Kogas because they need (LNG cargo) only for six months,? Wiko Migantoro, Vice President of LNG Directorate at Pertamina told Petromindo.com on Friday.
Wiko said earlier that Kogas has demanded Pertamina for lower price of LNG from the Bontang LNG plant in East Kalimantan.
