Pertamina bags HSFO supply contract from Inco

State oil and gas company Pertamina said on Friday it would supply 280,000 barrels of high sulphur fuel oil (HSFO) per month to Sulawesi nickel miner PT International Nickel Indonesia (Inco).

HSFO supply from Pertamina will replace direct import from Singapore, Pertamina spokesman M. Harun said in a statement. The contract will be good for one year starting July 15 this year.

Harun said Pertamina would render total solution service, which will increase efficiency in HSFO loading and storing for Inco

HSFO price will be benchmarked on previous month MOPS price plus US 0.50 per metric ton handling fee and between $7/MT to $8.10/MT shipping fee.(alex)
