Pertamina, BTN set host to host payment system

IDX-listed PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN), Indonesia?s ninth largest bank in terms of assets, has set up cooperation with state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina to facilitate transaction payment for the sales of the latter?s products.

Bank BTN said in a statement that under the arrangement, retail agents of Pertamina?s fuel products can directly make online and real-time transaction payment via the bank?s system.

?This is our facility developed jointly with Pertamina by setting up a host to host system to better facilitate transaction,? said BTN Director Iman Nugroho Soeko.
