Some 4,000 households in Subang Regency, West Java Province, now have access to natural gas after state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina completed installation of the gas pipeline.

Director General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources IGN Wiratmaja Puja said on Friday that Pertamina completed the installation of the gas pipeline to households in Subang on March 22. The project was funded by the state budget.

The Subang household gas pipeline will receive gas supply from the Subang Field at a volume of 0.2 mmscfd operated by PT Pertamina EP, upstream subsidiary of Pertamina, he said.
