Pertamina develops LPG depot in W. Nusa Tenggara

State-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina held a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday to mark the start of construction of a pressurized mini LPG depot in Sekotong Village, Sekotong District, Lombok Barat Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province.

The Lombok Barat Regency administration said in a statement Wednesday that the LPG depot will help ensure supply of the fuel in Lombok.

The mini LPG depot will help end the recurring LPG supply shortage in Lombok particularly Lombok Barat, said Gandhi Sriwidodo, President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, a subsidiary of Pertamina, as quoted by the statement.

No further details about the project were provided.
