Pertamina EP completes 3D seismic survey in Garcinia block

PT Pertamina EP, an upstream subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina, has just completed a two-year 3D seismic survey at Garcinia block in North Sumatra.
This was said by Rony Gunawan, President Director of Pertamina EP, to Petromindo.com on Wednesday.
He said that this has been the largest and longest 3D seismic survey ever conducted by the company, covering 47,300 points spanning 360 villages in two regencies Deli Serdang and Langkat, and two mayoralties of Medan and Binjai.
?Data collected will then be studied,? Rony said, but did not provide further details.
