Pertamina EP completes MTD-2 development drilling in C. Sulawesi

Pertamina EP, an upstream arm of state oil, gas company PT.Pertamina said it has completed drilling of MTD-2 development well in Matindok Block, Central Sulawesi.
Test on the well produced 12 MMCFD of gas on 32/64? choke, Spokesperson M. Harun said in a release.
The MTD-2 well, is located 700 meter southwest of MTD-1 exploration well, which flowed 9MMCFD of gas during testing.
Harun said that based on MTD-2 result, Pertamina was optimistic to be able to meet its obligation to supply 85MMCFD of gas to Donggi Senoro LNG project starting 2013.
Two more development wells, MTD-3 and 4 will eb drilled in 2010-11, Harun said. (bernard/godang)
