Pertamina EP: EPC progress at Paku Gajah project reaches 70%

The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for the Paku Gajah Development Project (PGDP) in Muara Enim regency, South Sumatra, which is operated by PT Pertamina EP (PEP) Asset 2, an upstream subsidiary of state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero), has now reached 70 percent, according to an official of the firm.

?The construction of the Paku Gajah CPP (Central Processing Plant) is progressing according to plan, which has reached 70 percent completion,? PEP?s Public Relations Manager, Muhammad Baron told Petromindo.com on Wednesday.

Baron said that the project will start to be onstream in the middle of 2017.

Average gas production at the Paku Gajah Development Project currently stands at about 45 mmscfd, and condensate at 1,000 bcpd. The buyers of the Paku Gajah gas is public utility PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) and state-owned gas distributor PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), PEP?s President Director Adriansyah said earlier.
