Production testing at BN-26 well in Bunyu field, East Kalimantan, operated by PT Pertamina EP (PEP) has resulted in production flow of 2,400 barrels of oil per day (bopd) and 1 million standard cubic feet of gas per day (mmscfd).

?The drilling program at the well-26 was conducted with a depth of 2,200 meters,? Timur Satoto Agustono, General Manager of PEP for East Kalimantan Region, told petromindo.com.

PEP is striving to meet its production target of 135,000 boepd this year. PEP said it has been making efforts to meet the target by speeding up the implementation of 2012 programs. The programs include accelerating the drilling of wells in Sukowati, Bunyu, Sanga-Sanga and and Limau fields.
