PT Pertamina EP (PEP), a subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina, plans to carry out survey activities to assess oil and gas potential in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan Province, this month, according to an official of the firm.

"Currently we are in the process of preparation for seismic activities. The seismic activity will be executed in May," PEP's Public Relations Manager, Muhammad Baron told Petromindo.com on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, PEP Acting President Director Nanang Abdul Manaf said that the firm will soon announce the winning bidder of the seismic survey tender.
