Pertamina EP to drill PTB-GC8 well in N. Sumatra

Pertamina EP plans to conduct drilling at Pangkalan Susu Field?s PTB-GC8 development well in Besitang sub-district, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra.

Operational expert at Pertamina EP?s Pangkalang Susu Field, Guruh Prasetyo said that the project should help increase oil and gas supply in the country especially in the North Sumatra region.

Meanwhile, during a campaign program to gain support for the project, Besitang Administration Secretary, Syamsul Rizal said that the local government supported Pertamina EP?s program in the region, and appealed to the local community to also support the project.
