Pertamina EP to reactivate four Jatiasri wells at Subang field

PT Pertamina EP (PEP), a subsidiary of state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero), is targeting to start reactivating four Jatiasri wells in Asset 3 Subang Field in West Java province by September of this year.
Armand M. Hukom, Asset 3 Subang?s Field Manager told journalists today in Subang, West Java that the firm is mobilizing rig to the field to prepare for the reactivation.
?We are optimistic that in the middle of September 2016, the four wells will start producing oil,? he said adding that from the four wells the company expects to have an additional oil production of 140 barrel oil per day (BOPD).
Thanks to the reactivation, Armand is optimistic that Subang field?s production target of 1,300 BOPD will be surpassed by the years? end.
He revealed that in the first semester of the year, the Subang field produced around 1250 bopd. ?We are optimistic that production by this year?s end will be at the level of more than 1300 bopd,? he said
