Pertamina expands fuel delivery automation system

State-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina on Friday inaugurated the operation of three fuel delivery automation facilities, expanding its existing automation system.

Pertamina said in a statement that the three automation projects included terminal automation system bunker at Pertamina Tanjung Priok dock, new gantry system at Kertapati fuel terminal in Palembang, South Sumatra, and auto truck scheduling at Plumpang fuel terminal in Jakarta.

The company said expansion of the automation system will further increase fuel distribution efficiency.
