Pertamina fails to meet Q1 oil and gas production target

The company?s marketing and trading director Djaelani Sutomo said that the average oil and gas output during the first quarter of this year reached only 91 percent and 96 percent, respectively of the company?s target.
Pertamina targeted 208,100 bopd and 1,519 mscf of gas during the first quarter.
He said that there were several reasons for the failure to meet the company?s target including high moisture in Sukowati field onshore East Java and Limau field onshore South Sumatra , production delays at JOB Jambi Merang, Raja-Tempirai block onshore South Sumatra , and JOB Salawati in Papua.
Other technical problems in West Madura Offshore, Coastal Plain Pekanbaru (CPP) block and pipe leakage in ONWJ block, he added. (giok)
