Pertamina flow-tests W. Java exploration well

State oil and gas company Pertamina said on Tuesday that its West Java upstream unit has drilled the Karang Enggal-1 exploration well to the total planned depth of 3,231 meters.
The well, which was spud on December 7, 2007 aimed to prove hydrocarbon reserves at Baturaja, Talang Akar and Jatibarang Conglomerate formation.
The well will enter test stage, the release said.
The well is part of the 22 exploration wells Pertamina EP plans to drill this year. (godang)
