Pertamina, GAIL in talks for possible joint ops

State oil and gas company PT.Pertamina is in talks with Indian firm GAIL (India) Limited over possibility to jointly conduct business in Indonesia and overseas, a Pertamina official said on Thursday.

Vice President Director Iin Arifin Takhyan said that the GAIL offered Pertamina to jointly explore for blocks in Sudan and India. GAIL also offered joint venture to build LPG plant and city gas distribution in Indonesia, Iin said. (godang)
