Pertamina inaugurates jet fuel modular tank at Lampung airport

State-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina and its subsidiary PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) inaugurated on Tuesday four jet fuel modular tanks at the Radin Inten II Aiport in Lampung Selatan, Lampung Province,
Pertamina said in a statement that the modular tanks at the airport’s jet fuel depot (or DPPU), each has capacity of 50 kilo liters. The DPPU has been operated by EPN since 2016.
Pertamina said that prior to the operation of the modular tanks, the jet fuel has been stored at floating tanks.
The company said that the installation of the modular tanks forms part of new facilities being developed in anticipation of rising demand of jet fuel at the Radin Inten II Airport.
