Pertamina International?s output exceeds target

PT Pertamina Internasional Exploration and Production (PIEP), a subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina which manages its overseas upstream assets, said that output per November 2015 averaged 131.4 boepd, exceeding the 94,000 boepd target.

?PIEP production as per November 2015 increased to around 98,000-131,000 boepd,? said PIEP President Director Selamet Riyadi.

Selamet said that gas production came from fields in Algeria (112 MMCCFGD) and Malaysia (96 MMCFGD).

He added that oil output was produced by fields in Iraq (36,000 bopd), Algeria (21,000 bopd), and Malaysia (23,000 bopd).

Selamet said that 80 percent of the oil output was shipped home and allocated for domestic refineries in Balongan and Balikpapan.
