Pertamina lowers price of Pertamax series fuel products

State-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina announced Sunday lower price for its Pertamax series oil fuel products including Pertamax, Pertamax Plus, Pertamina Dex, and Petralite.
The company said in a statement that it has cut down the price of the Pertamax fuel products by up to Rp 300 per liter in line with the current decline in the price of oil in the global market.
It cited as an example that the price of the Pertamax brand oil fuel in Java, Bali and Madura has been cut down by Rp 200 per liter, and by Rp 300 per liter in other regions. Pertamax in Jakarta and the surrounding areas now carries retail price of Rp 7,350 per liter, down from Rp 7,550 per liter.
