Pertamina Lubricants hopes to get 5m liters sales volume from power projects

PT Pertamina Lubricants, a subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina, is looking to grab up to 5 million liters of sales volume from the 35,000 MW power plant projects.
Company Director of Marketing and Sales Andria Nusa said on Friday that sales volume in the the power plant sector currently stands at around 30 million liters per year. He added that sales in the power plant sector is not much as most of the plants use turbines.
The government of President Joko Widodo has launched a five-year program to develop a combined 35,000 MW power plants until 2019.
Andria said that sales volume this year is targeted to increase to 475 million liters from 450 million liters last year. As per May, sales volume has reached 200 million liters.
