Pertamina Lubricants signs agreements with Italian, S. African firms

Lubricant maker PT Pertamina Lubricants, a subsidiary of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina, has recently signed a cooperation contract and a MoU, respectively with Italian and South African companies as it seeks to expand overseas market.

Pertamina Lubricants said in a statement on Wednesday that the cooperation agreement was signed with Italian Petrol Company for cooperation in the marketing of Pertamina Lubricants? products in Italy under a three-year contract worth around US$3 million. The agreement was signed by Pertamina Lubricants President Director Afandi and CEO of Italian Petrol Company Alessando Adinolfi.

The statement said that the MoU was signed with South Africa?s JEBRS 13 Group, which will act as distributor of Pertamina Lubricants? products in South Africa. The MoU was signed by Afandi and Director JEBRS, Jared Deacon.

Pertamina Lubricants is currently present in 14 countries.
