Pertamina names new finance director in board reshuffle

State-owned energy company PT Pertamina has appointed Mega Satria as its new Finance Director as part of a reshuffle of its board of directors, according to changes published on the company’s official website.
Mega replaces Emma Sri Martini, who has been appointed Director of Portfolio Strategy and Business Development, replacing A. Salyadi Dariah Saputra.
The reshuffle was reflected in Pertamina’s latest board structure as of Wednesday.

Mega holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wichita State University in the United States and a master of business administration from Loyola University of Chicago. He has previously served as finance director at Pertamina Patra Niaga, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero), and PT Bukit Asam, as well as chief financial officer at airline PT Citilink Indonesia.
Simon Aloysius Mantiri remains Pertamina’s President Director, with Oki Muraza continuing as Vice President Director.
Pertamina’s board of commissioners continues to be led by Mochamad Iriawan as president commissioner and independent commissioner, according to the company.
