Pertamina oil, gas 2002 output target, 2001 estimate

The following is projection figures for Pertamina oil, and gas production in 2002, and estimates for 2001 based on October output results. The report is sent by the company?s upstream division to Petromindo.com Tuesday.

2002 production plans:

Pertamina plans to produce some 19,956.74 thousand barrel of oil or equal to daily production 54,676 bopd from its own production.

Gas production target is set at 297,990.60 MMSCF or equal to daily production of 816.41 MMSCFD.

Combined production target (Output of Pertamina plus production sharing partners) is set at 42,166.17 thousand or equal to daily production of 115,524 BOPD.

Combined gas production is projected at 355,974.93 MMSC or equal to daily output of 975.27 MMSCFD.

2001 output estimates:

Oil production from own operation: 15,983 thousand barrel or equal to daily output of 43,789 BOPD.

Gas production: 267,511 million standard cubic feet or equal to daily production of 733 MMSCFD.

Geothermal production: 9,200 thousand tons or equal to daily production of 25,205 tons per day.

Combined oil production for this year is estimated at 33,705 thousand barrel or equal to daily output of 92,340 BOPD.

Combined gas production 302,574 million standard cubic feet or equal to daily production of 829 MMSCFD.

Geothermal output 44,995 thousand tons or equal to daily output of 123,274 tons per day.

2001 exploration results:

Some 4580 BCFG of new gas reserves found at the Donggi structure with production capacity of 34 MMSCFD. The structure is located in Kamiwangi village, Toili district, Banggai regency, Central Sulawesi province. This area (Matindok block) has potential gas reserves of 14.75 TCF.(*)
