Pertamina, PGN to sign gas supply contract extension

State oil and gas company PT Pertamina (Persero) through its upstream unit PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) will sign on Wednesday gas supply contract extension from its ONWJ block offshore West Java to IDX-listed state gas distribution firm PT Perushaan Gas Negara (PGN).
PHE CEO Bagus Setiardja said that ONWJ will supply 65 MMCFD of remaining uncontracted gas from ONWJ to PGN. ?The supply may last for several months,? he said.
PHE?s current contract with the same volume to PGN will end this month and PHE earlier said its remaining uncontracted gas would only be sufficient to supply PGN for several months.
He did not disclose the price PGN would pay for the extended contract. (bernard)
